- reset and revitalise your mind and body
- celebrate and appreciate the good in your life
What is Laughter Yoga?
A practice that involves rhythmic exercises, laughter exercises and breathing exercises beneath the overarching umbrella of child-like playfulness.
Benefits include improved mental clarity and focus, a reduction in stress, a boost in "feel good" chemicals (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins), plus better circulation, digestion and immune function.
