Swapcard digitalizes events while preserving the magic of real-life interaction. Behind this dream, stands a passionate, curious, and down-to-earth team. We believe an environment of trust, autonomy, and support is integral to our success. As a result of putting people first, career evolution and rapid growth have become regular commodities. We've even managed to revolutionize our industry through true teamwork, sharing our ideas and listening to each other!

With 26 nationalities amongst a team of more than 120 spread throughout 17 countries, we enjoy an open-minded environment where opinions and ideas are encouraged and exchanged freely in order to create a product and company we can all be proud of. We’ve also learned that the more moments we share, the more comfortable, communicative, and confident we are when working together. That’s when the real magic occurs. We’ve made some incredible memories around the globe together so far and it's only the beginning!

Prior to the pandemic, our team supported remote-work. This has helped us transition smoothly to a full-remote company this year. We'll be keeping our HQ in Paris as home base while staying flexible to see what the future holds for our growing team. We're looking for ambitious and curious teammates to take part in this adventure of growing from a start-up to a scale-up.

Andréa, Paris-born and neon light enthusiast, once spent her days flaunting around the city of lights to enamored tourists but is now sharing her enchanting powers to cultivate the wittiest tech team in town. Reliable and clever, Andréa still enjoys a bit of chaos. When away from her screen, you can catch this gem practicing her Spanish R’s, drinking a well-earned glass of wine or taking the very essential Parisian promenade - maybe even all at the same time. 

Martell, your witchiest tarot reader, has been making magic happen from the sunny streets of Paradise (California), through the terrace romance of Paris and lately, the Gaudinean charm of Barcelona. As our number one rule breaker, Martell has expanded the way we envision our Swapcard family through the rhythm found in collaboration and collective growth. Since day one, she’s known how to assess risk, welcome challenge and teach us to enjoy the ride. We sure are happy this hippie herbivore decided to sell out for a start-up.  

Natalia, Bogotá-born and modern nomad, has helped pave the way we envision talent at Swapcard. After gaining knowledge through various disciplines - from sociocultural research, to design methodologies and the tech industry - Natalia has found the perfect playground to combine multidisciplinary perspectives and help the construction of a collaborative, curious, and ready-to-innovative team. A voracious reader, lover of all arts and studied student of all-things coffee, you will likely find her measuring up brains and wits with anyone she meets.
